The G761-3033B Servo Valve is specifically designed for the anti-fuel system of steam turbines to supply oil to the actuator of the safety regulation system, ensuring its normal operation. Due to the high pressure of the anti-fuel, small clearances in the hydraulic moving parts, and a servo valve clearance of 5 to 10 micrometers, it is essential to ensure that the oil particle size meets the specified SAE 2 or NAS 5 level before proceeding to the next stage of the debugging process.
The servo valve button filter element B52555RK201K001 is a filter element made of metal. Its working principle mainly uses the corrugated structure and folded layer on the filter element to make the impurities trapped on the surface of the filter element when the oil passes through the filter element, thereby achieving Oil purification. The button filter element has high filtration efficiency and strength, which can effectively prevent particles in the oil from entering the servo valve system and ensure the normal operation of the system.
The G761-3033B Servo Valve stands out with its simple and rugged design, ensuring dependable and long-lasting performance.
